Colombia is known for their great tasting coffee. This bean is very good at any roast! The lighter beans have a nice sweet flavor and a little bit of a walnut overtone. As this bean gets darker it produces a subtle caramel flavor but still keeps that crisp acidity most often found in lighter roasts.
