There's a lot going on with this roast. It consists of 3 different beans: Colombian, Kenyan, and Nicaraguan. The Colombian is a medium roast and has tons of flavor. Its the main bean of this blend-the other beans accent it very nicely. The Nicaraguan is very smooth, not a ton of flavor but it brings a nice calming touch to this roast. Kenyan is a light roast and adds that last little kick. Tastes a bit nippy. The 3 combined together are quite sublime.
